A warmline is a non-crisis talk line where consumers can call up to once a day, for about 15 minutes, to talk with a peer who is also in recovery with mental health challenges. Our warmline is a source of support and connection that can be helpful in addition to traditional mental health services. Our warmline operates 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
If you want someone who cares to listen, empathize, and encourage you, give us a call! We can talk about recovery, empowerment, or just day-to-day life!
